Our homes are designed to meet or exceed local building code requirements to ensure both safety and comfort of the occupants.

Our modularization design and flat pack approach allowing maximum transportation efficiency and reducing overall carbon footprints. With eco-friendly materials and design, our homes will require less energy to maintain comfortable interior living spaces.

Adaptability

Our design allows us to offer homes from 64-1200 sq ft (5.9 sq/m to 111.5 sq/m) while adaptable to the deployment topography and local climate. Our modular approach permitting a temporary house to be repurposed and integrated to the permanent dwelling, hence reducing construction waste and better for the environment.

Respecting and preserving local culture and traditions are important to TVDG. We recognize no two communities or development projects are alike. We are inspired to create a safe, secure, and scalable housing system to transition from blue tarps and tents.

 

Transformation has a starting point – It's Called a Home.

SERIES - The Ranch

We heard a story about a single mom with 3 children riding public transit all night to stay safe after being evicted from her home. She did it day after day. That broke our heart. We are determined to create a concept that will fit for a small family and to foster community living.
